First, we begin with a complimentary consultation, to get to know one another and ensure that we are a good fit.
When we say that our first step is to get to know you, we mean that we want to understand your preferences, interests and needs in order to tailor the travel experience to your specific desires.
This might involve discussing your budget, preferred level of comfort, must-see destinations, and any other factors that are important to you.
By getting to know you, we can better understand what you hope to get out of your trip to Morocco, and create a personalized itinerary that meets your expectations and helps you make the most of your time in the country.
When we say that our first step is to get to know you, we mean that we want to understand your preferences, interests and needs in order to tailor the travel experience to your specific desires.
This might involve discussing your budget, preferred level of comfort, must-see destinations, and any other factors that are important to you.

Plan With You
After we have gotten to know you and have a better understanding of your preferences and needs, once you make the initial commitment with us to plan a trip for you, the second step in the process would be to work with you to plan your customized travel itinerary.
We want to also ensure that both of us know exactly what the other is expecting during the travel planning process. As professional tour operator our fees per person are as follows:
In order to get to this step we will collect the non-refundable, non-transferable planning fee, and then get started on your itinerary.
This phase will involve discussing the various options and destinations available in Morocco, helping you to make informed decisions about which ones align with your interests and goals for the trip.
We would also take care of all the logistical details of the trip, such as booking transportation and accommodations, arranging activities and experiences, and coordinating any necessary visas or other documentation.
By working with you to plan every aspect of your trip, we aim to ensure that your experience in Morocco is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
Ultimately, depending on your trip you will receive your itinerary to review (you can make up to 3 modifications/changes), which we can then revise and make sure no detail is left unturned. If you wish to make more changes to the final itinerary, there will be an additional charge starting at $75.00 service fee.
Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 09:00 am to 6:00 pm (central US time).
Once clients embark on their tour with us, they will have 24/7 access to us!
We want to also ensure that both of us know exactly what the other is expecting during the travel planning process. As professional tour operator our fees per person are as follows:
- A $175.00 non-refundable, non-transferable planning fee for up to 7 people.
- A $250.00 non-refundable, non-transferable planning fee for groups of 8 people or more.
- A 30% deposit is required immediately after approving your itinerary (to secure your booking). Payment of the remaining balance for the trip is due 8 weeks before your tour is scheduled to start. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

Overall, the third step of executing the travel plan is about bringing the itinerary to life and ensuring that everything goes according to plan.

I recently posted asking for recommendations for a trip to Morocco and received many responses. I followed up and spoke with many helpful guides and tour agencies, but I want to share about one person in particular - Azdean Elmoustaquim! Azdean and his wife, Khadija, started and run "Destination Morocco.” Azdean is a gem among gems - he is kindness personified. He will make your life so much easier. Azdean knows we are on a tight budget and has accommodated us in every way. So even if you only need a tour guide for one day in an imperial city or a driver to get from Marrakesh to Merzouga or a recommendation for a hotel or desert camp or a full guides tour from the moment you land until being dropped off at the end of your stay, he is your guy! But the best part is, you’ll absolutely enjoy getting to know him - he is lovely. He’ll feel like you made a new and wonderful friend after the first conversation!
